Our project managers are responsible for delivering the end to end solution beyond the standard steps, our project ensures that:

A major investment in project setup: analysis of the client requirements, reference materials, tools, selection of personnel, preparation of tools and implementation of plans.
That ALL your requirements are addressed and requirements relayed to the appropriate expertise.
A detailed project schedule created in Microsoft Project is prepared according to your requirements for long engagements.
You are kept up to date throughout the whole project through both oral, written and web correspondence.
